"Thwing, thwing, thwing-a-thwing..."

Need a recipe for crazy fun?
  • Take three girls, all with hilariously random imaginations
  • a tiny park
  • & three swings.

Put it all together on a beautiful, summer day.

The results may vary but in our case it was: lisping w/ British accents, making up a lisped song about swinging, and laughing, and scheming about-well... nevermind. ;)

The final product may look odd to a normal person, but when you happen to be the kind of girl with a funny imagination, you will understand perfectly. Right, Bailey and Anna? ;)

Besides... "Being normal is weird, but being weird, is normal."

New Posts Coming Soon!

Lastnight, I came on my blog and realized it had been a while since I posted that last entry. :P Time completely gets away from me. :/ Anyway, I do have a really good reason (not that I need one or anything. ;) ) for the lack of posting

It is because...... *drumroll*

... I was busy...

...Duh, I'm always busy...

... but this time it's a different kind of busy...

...it's...

...busy...

...with company...

And not just any company either! Try.... Spanish company. All together, non-american company. International company. You get the point?

Let me tell you the story...

Anna is a dear friend that I met through blogging. We have been penpals for the past 3 years or so. We have always dreamt of meeting each other in person, but never really thought it would happen since Spain and the U.S. are a fair distance apart, and the chances of one of us getting to travel that far were very slim.

Well, early, last winter, we had been IMing -or something- when Anna announced that there was a possibility of her coming to the USA in the summer to visit her friends and she wanted to visit WI while she was here! I couldn't believe it!

After talking it over with my family, it was unanimously decided that Anna could come and stay for a whole, entire month! I really couldn't believe that! I wondered HOW in the world we would fill up the time, but I was excited that it was so long. :)

It took forever for July 20th to get here, but it did. And now, the month that seemed like it would last forever, ended so suddenly that it took me a couple days to get used to Anna's absence. I still miss her "thomthing tewwible." :(

Anyway, to get to the point of my title... As time permits, I hope to write a couple blog posts about her memorable visit. So... stay tuned!
